About Us
Roger and Tiffany Heindl founded Iota Interactive, Inc. in January of 2009 and operate the business out of their home. They maintain an ever growing infrastructure of excellent support tools and hosting options that many businesses utilize.
Roger has been working professionally in the tech industry for 10 years, but has been working on computers since he was 14 years old. Roger builds IT infrastructures for businesses, writes interactive web applications, works with open source and closed source software, and routinely consults and supports customers with equipment maintenance, software upgrades, virus and spyware removal and other computer related support. Roger's specialty is his ability to work in mixed environments of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems where cross platform compatibility and inter-operability is required. Outside of work, Roger takes Tae Kwon Do at Hong's Tae Kwon Do and enjoys playing music on piano, sax, or occasionally clarinet with the Wauwatosa Community Band. Roger also holds an amateur radio license, callsign KB9NJZ.
Tiffany has been a web designer since 2005 and specializes in web usability and interface design. Her design portfolio includes work produced for Kohler Company, Breadsmith Franchising, and Hal-Leonard Corporation. She maintains her own portfolio of work besides what's shown in the Iota Interactive portfolio. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys sparring with Roger, playing trombone with the Wauwatosa Community Band, gourmet cooking, or relaxing with a good book.
